Soy Ground is the vegetarian version of an All-American classic: ground beef. With Soy Ground, it's easy to create a quick, convenient and healthy meal! Delicious baked and topped with ketchup, peppers, onions, or you’re favorite topping. Makes great veggi- burgers! Also try Melissa's Soy Ground in your favorite casserole.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Melissa’s meatless Soy Ground is packaged for excellent quality. Each 12 oz. unit is perishable and must be refrigerated. Soy Ground can be frozen for up to 4 months.

Melissa's Soy Ground is easy to prepare! Simply remove from packaging, place in a small loaf pan, cover with foil, top with onions, garlic, marinara sauce and your favorite herbs, heat and serve. Check our website for great additional recipes.
