Uses

Shiitake Mushrooms soft suede-like texture varies from a light buff color to a deep black. The Shiitake mushroom has a recognizable curled stem with an attractive umbrella shaped top. The creamy white interior delivers a garlicky-pine aroma. Shiitake's range from two to eight inches in diameter, offering a variety of cooking options. Slice Shiitake’s and sauté with butter and garlic to complement the natural aromas and flavors.
