Uses
Our raisins are dried Flame Seedless grapes that taste like candied fruit due to their high percentage of natural sugar. Raisins are tasty in all types of sweets, of course, but also pair well with cabbage, spinach, Swiss chard, kale and in salads. Try raisins in couscous, pasta, and sauces to add natural sweet bursts of flavor throughout the dish!
Selection, Storage & Handling
Squeeze the bag; choose raisins that are firm, but not hard. Will store in an airtight container at 40°-50° for up to 15 months. Raisins can also be frozen.
