Portobello Mushrooms have a beautiful tan-brown color with very generous sizing. The Portobello mushroom variety is completely edible providing a robust meaty texture. This hearty mushroom is mouthwatering and delicious in a variety of dishes. portobello’s may be sliced and sautéed with butter and garlic or served with pasta or steak. Melissa’s Fresh Portobello Mushrooms (available in 6/3.2 oz. units), will add flavor and texture to sauces, meatless main dishes and stir-fries. Melissa’s Fresh Portobello Mushrooms can be served as a main course or stuffed appetizer and impart a delicious gourmet flavor with a wonderful fragrance.
