Available from Melissa’s in a 12/4 oz. unit, our Don Enrique’s Pico de Gallo can be sprinkled on a variety of fresh produce like corn, cucumbers, coconuts, jicama, mangoes, melons, oranges and papayas, or use as a spicy addition to your favorite recipes.

Selection, Storage & Handling

The mixed hot peppers used to create Don Enrique’s Pico de Gallo are hand-selected for excellent quality. Sold as a dry seasoning item, Don Enrique’s Pico de Gallo has a 6 month shelf life and should be stored in a cool, dry area.
