Bearing the impressive Don Enrique label (part of Melissa’s complete line of Hispanic items), both pickled pepper varieties are quickly gaining popularity. Easily served straight from the jar, both Jalapenos & Yellow Chile Peppers may be used as a garnish or to enhance vegetable platters, traditional ethnic menus, pasta and other spicy dishes. Similar to their fresh counterparts, each variety is hot (both in flavor and popularity).
Selection, Storage & Handling
Don Enrique Jalapenos & Yellow Chile Peppers are hand packed for excellent quality. If opened and unrefrigerated, shelf life is 4-5 months. Once refrigerated, shelf life extends to one year. Left unopened, shelf life is indefinite.
No additional preparation is required.
