Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onions are grown in perfect conditions and great quality soil giving them their sweet crisp flavor. Perfect Sweet Onions are an ultra mild variety with high sugar content, providing the best onion for this holiday season! Grown in Washington State these onions are considered perfect for their sweet mild flavor as well as their huge size. They are considered a “jumbo” onion. Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onions are great for caramelizing; the high sugar content makes them very easy to caramelize and leaves a sweet crisp onion for any holiday dish. When caramelized they keep a very nice crisp white-translucent color. Melissa’s Perfect Sweet onions are complimentary to any vegetable dish and are a wonderful topper to turkey and potatoes.
