Uses

Melissa’s Organic Tomatoes on the Vine are a deep reddish color both on the exterior and interior. They actually grow in clusters four or five right on the vine. Organic label reads: “Melissa's Certified Organic Produce is free of artificial or synthetic fertilizers and full of unforgettable, great tasting flavor. Our farmers use traditional earth-friendly farming methods inspected by a nationally recognized agency to verify organic authenticity. Melissa's Organic Produce, a choice made closer to nature.” Organic Tomatoes on the Vine are preferred for reasons of taste, health and the environment. Tomatoes are one of the world's most popular fruits, used in salads, sandwiches, soups, pastas, and omelets along with many other dishes.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Melissa’s Organic Tomatoes on the Vine are hand-selected for excellent quality. Store at room temperature for up to one week. Tomatoes may be refrigerated to stop ripening process. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
