Soybeans have been an important part of the Asian diet for many years and are considered one of the “five sacred grains” of ancient China. Now, they are becoming a staple in other cultures because of their health benefits. Each soybean used to make Melissa’s Organic Soy Nuts is delicately roasted to bring out the full flavor and crisp texture of the nut. High in natural nutrients, they are an excellent source of protein and carbohydrates. A great alternative to peanuts, Melissa’s Organic Soy Nuts are a healthy, wholesome snack and may be enjoyed anytime! Varieties include Salted and Unsalted. Each order will include two of each variety unless specified in the "Special Instructions" part of your order.
Selection, Storage & Handling
Melissa’s Organic Soy Nuts are hand-selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Once the original package is opened, store in an airtight container.
Melissa’s Organic Soy Nuts are ready to eat straight from the bag. No additional preparation is needed.
