Uses

Melissa’s Organic Ruby Crescent Fingerlings are best roasted, but are also delicious boiled for potato salad, or baked and topped with sour cream.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Melissa’s Organic Fingerlings Potatoes should be kept in refrigeration at temperatures from 45-55 degrees F. When stored in cooler temperatures, the sugar content of these potatoes has a tendency to change to starch. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
