Selection, Storage & Handling
Melissa’s Asparagus should be picked fresh with a firm touch and compact tips. Diameter of spear does not matter; a small crisp spear offers the best taste. Asparagus will keep for up to seven days in the refrigerator wrapped in a wet paper towel. Serve promptly for best flavor.
