Uses:

With a pure and simple flavor, Melissa's Organic Parsley finds itself on many plates as more than just a garnish. Melissa's Organic Parsley is dark green with lacy leaves and is organically grown in accordance with the 1990 California Organic Foods Act. Each and every Melissa's label reads: "Melissa's Certified Organic Produce is free of artificial or synthetic fertilizers and full of unforgettable, great tasting flavor. Our farmers use traditional earth-friendly farming methods inspected by a nationally recognized agency to verify organic authenticity. Melissa's Organic Produce, a choice made closer to nature." Organic Parsley is preferred for reasons of taste, health and the environment. Extremely aromatic, it can be used in salsa, guacamole, mixed green salads and curried dishes.

Selection, Storage & Handling:

Melissa’s Organic Parsley is hand-selected for excellent quality. Keep parsley in a perforated plastic bag in the refrigerator. Use soon after purchasing. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
