Uses:

This melon is a hybrid cross between a cantaloupe and honeydew. It has a smooth, thin yellow skin and a creamy orange interior. It is both juicy and sweet combining the defining traits of both melons, though it tastes more like honeydew than cantaloupe. Selection, Storage & Handling:

When the orange flesh honeydew melon is ripe, the melon will develop an orange blush, and the rind will yield to slight pressure. Keep cut fruit in refrigerator for up to three days.
