Uses
Use in dishes to enhance the flavor of chicken, fish, and vegetable soups. Add Organic Lime slices to marinades, sauces, and fruit salads. Lime slices make an attractive garnish.
Selection, Storage & Handling
Melissa’s Organic Limes are hand selected for excellent quality. Choose limes that are heavy for their size. Stores at room temperature for several days, but lasts for a week or more if wrapped in plastic and refrigerated. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
Wash well. Roll on a firm surface while squeezing firmly to release juices.
