Uses
Melissa’s Organic Kale is a form of cabbage; green in color, but with leaves that do not form a head. Kale freezes well and actually tastes sweeter and more flavorful after being exposed to a frost. Selection, Storage & Handling
Look for Kale with firm, deeply colored leaves and moist stems. Kale should be wrapped in a damp paper towel, placed in a plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator crisper. It should not be washed before storing.
