Melissa’s Organic Green Beans are vividly green, long and straight, and offer a sweet flavor with a crisp texture. Selection, Storage & Handling

Good quality beans should be crisp with minimal bumps from seeds, as smaller seeds are better. Avoid soft, bendable beans. Store green beans in a paper bag or paper towel and a plastic bag for up to one week in the refrigerator.
