Uses
One of the most popular varieties in the marketplace today, Golden Delicious Apples are also a versatile apple, and can be used both for dessert and cooking purposes. Selection, Storage & Handling
Choose apples that are firm and hollow sounding when tossed a few inches in the air and caught in palm of hand. Avoid dense or dull looking fruit, which is a sign of age. Kept refrigerated, apples will store for two weeks.
