Uses:

Melissa’s Organic Broccoli is organically grown in accordance with the 1990 California Organic Foods Act. Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamins K, C, and A, as well as folate and fiber. It is also a good source of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and the vitamins B6 and E. Melissa's Organic label reads: "Melissa's Certified Organic Produce is free of artificial or synthetic fertilizers and full of unforgettable, great tasting flavor. Our farmers use traditional earth-friendly farming methods inspected by a nationally recognized agency to verify organic authenticity. Melissa's Organic Produce, a choice made closer to nature." Organic Broccoli is preferred for taste, health, and environmental reasons. These delicious florets can be enjoyed raw with dip, as a side with cheese, in soup, or grilled with a variety of vegetables.

Selection, Storage & Handling:

Melissa’s Organic Broccoli is hand-selected for excellent quality. Keep unwashed broccoli refrigerated for up to five days. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
