Uses:
An Ambrosia Melon is an exotic melon hybrid that resembles a cantaloupe. It has a pale straw colored skin with thin green netting. The inside houses a small seed cavity surrounded by a tender bright orange flesh. The flavor is very sweet, similar to a combination of all melons plus flowers. It is also very aromatic. Selection, Storage & Handling:
Choose melons that are free from bruising and are extremely fragrant, which is a sign of ripeness in this variety. Keep cut fruit in refrigerator for no more than three days.
