Uses
Mulling is a centuries-old practice in which various spices and fruit essences are infused into heated juices, wines, ciders or brandies, especially during the holiday season. The ingredients used in this infusion are known as mulling spices. These mulling spices create a complex combination of spice and citrus flavors that accent the basic fruit components of the mulled beverage. The popular phrase "mulling it over" means to ponder an idea very carefully and is most likely derived from the slow and deliberate process of creating mulled beverages. This product is all natural, with no added salt, sugars or preservatives.
