Uses:

Morel Mushrooms are hollow and dome shaped with a sponge like texture. Mushroom fans will love Morel’s with an addicting nut like flavor. Morel mushrooms range from yellow to gray to black or tan. Although edible, the stem is firm and not very tasty. Enjoy the cap on this mushroom for best results. Slice Morel mushrooms and cook in a wine sauce to enhance delicious, mouthwatering flavors.
