Our Guacamole Kits are simple! You can prepare your own homemade guacamole in 10 minutes with this convenient kit. Each clamshell package creates 2 cups of fresh guacamole. The ingredients of the kit include: 2 avocados, 1 roma tomato, 1 shallot, 2 garlic cloves, 1 lime and 1 jalapeno pepper. The end result is a tasty guacamole that can easily pair with chips, vegetable sticks, or as a garnish on Latin dishes such as tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Also use the mix as a spread on sandwiches and hamburgers. Guacamole is a great addition to fresh salads, too.

Selection, Storage & Handling:

Melissa's Guacamole kits contain hand selected produce of excellent quality. Check avocadoes for firmness; they are ripe when soft to the touch. To keep un-prepared kit fresh, refrigerate up to 7 days or keep at room temperature up to 3 days.

Peel garlic cloves, avocadoes & shallot and then chop all ingredients except for limes and jalapeno. Mix in chopped tomatoes with mixture. Squeeze juice from lime and add to the mixture. Finally chop in the amount of jalapeno you want added to the guacamole.
