This extremely versatile root is known for its popularity in Asian and Indian cooking. Chinese, Japanese and East Indian cuisines use Ginger Root in many forms including grated, crystallized and ground. Melissa’s Ground Ginger is mild in flavor and comes in a very handy 4 oz. jar. Use Melissa's Ground Ginger when baking gingerbread cookies, cakes and breads. It is also a wonderfully pungent and flavorful addition to stir-fries and marinades.
