Uses:
These paper-thin sheets of dough can be used to make egg rolls, dim sum, or Chinese dumplings or potstickers. Once prepared, egg rolls may be boiled, deep-fried, or steamed and served as an appetizer, snack or side dish with a variety of sauces.
