Uses
A pungent herb used especially in Italian cooking to flavor meats and tomato sauces. Dried rosemary is an excellent herb as it retains its full flavor during the drying process. It has a strong and powerful flavor that should be used sparingly. Rosemary is very good on roasted or grilled foods. This herb pairs well with vegetables, roasted chicken, lamb, fish, or enhances flavor when added to soups, sauces, stuffing, and marinades.
