Uses

An unusual new hybrid variety developed from the Lambrusco, a sweet wine grape grown in California. As its name implies it has a distinctive upfront flavor that does, remarkably, taste very much like cotton candy. That initial burst of candied flavor then recedes into a mild, juicy sweetness. These green seedless grapes are low-acid and definitely sweet without being overly sugary. A great new healthy snack food for kids or the adult child in all of us! Product of California.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Choose grapes that are firm, with no bruise, decay or shatter. Vine stems should be green and pliable, never dried out. Do not wash before storing. Refrigerate in crisper for up one week.
