Uses:

Melissa’s Cherry Bell Chiles are deep orange to bright red, resembling cherries. Due to its thick skin, the cherry bell is never dried, but is pickled. These mild to fairly hot chiles are very spherical in shape held by a long slender stem. Although Melissa’s Cherry Bell Chiles can be hot they can also be very sweet in flavor, ranging in size from small to large. This beautiful chile is a delicious pepper to kick up your meal a notch or for a wonderful decoration. Enjoy Melissa’s Cherry Bell Chiles in salads and on sandwiches either fresh or pickled. Melissa’s Cherry Bell Chiles are a delicious addition to homemade salsas, dips and relishes.

Selection, Storage & Handling:

Melissa’s Cherry Bell Chiles should be stored in refrigeration in a plastic bag or wrapped in paper towels. As with all chiles, take caution when handling and wash hands after handling to avoid burning your mouth or eyes.
