    Uses:

    A new variety of apricot with a beautiful light rose blush over a yellow skin and creamy white interior. This apricot is an early season variety available for a limited time in June and the early part of July. It took forty years to develop this fruit’s extremely high sugar content that makes it taste as sweet as candy.

    Selection, Storage and Handling:

    Look for fairly firm, smooth, plump, well-formed fruit that has a light yellow color. If the fruit is hard and tinged with green it won't develop its full flavor. Store unripe apricots in a paper bag at room temperature. Once ripe apricots will keep for two days in the refrigerator.
