    Uses:

    Melissa's Ruby Diamond Nectarines have smooth orange-yellow skin with striking red markings. They project the attractive features consumers look for in a great tasting nectarine. Besides looking like a good tasting nectarine, the taste of this low-acid, super sweet, freestone fruit is something to look forward to every year; they are named for their sweet flavor and premium qualities. They are eaten raw, jellied, cooked or candied. The skin is edible but can be removed. Add their succulent sweetness to flavor ice cream, sorbet, pies, quick breads, tarts and cakes. Blend into yogurt or add chunks to fruit salads. Use as a healthy topping for cereal, pancakes, French toast or waffles.

    Selection, Storage & Handling:

    Melissa's Ruby Diamond Nectarines are hand-selected for excellent quality. Store at room temperature for up to one week after ripening at room temperature. Tree Fruit may be refrigerated to stop the ripening process.
