    Uses

More flat than round and looking very similar to a donut, this new proprietary variety is much sweeter than regular peaches. Aptly named, the Orbit Fire’s no fuzz skin is a creamy yellow with a bright, red-rose blush; the extra juicy interior fruit is a bright gold.   The fruit’s low acidity make it ideal for baking, excellent in a summer fruit salad or the perfect size for just eating out of hand.  Product of California.

    Selection, Storage & Handling

Choose fruit with no bruises or soft spots. May be ripened in a paper bag at room temperature. Peaches tend to loose flavor if stored in a refrigerator for more than three days.
