Uses:
Melissa’s Baby Brussels Sprouts look like miniature cabbages and are very eye-catching. Tasting similar to regular cabbage, these darling fresh nutty-flavored sprouts have a solid and dense texture. Baby Brussels Sprouts are great when lightly steamed and served as a healthy side dish. They are grown in Holland.
Selection, Storage & Handling:
Store Melissa’s Baby Brussels Sprouts unwashed in their clamshell container in the refrigerator. Brussels Sprouts will last for four to five days while increasing in flavor. Choose Brussels Sprouts that are dark green and firm with no yellowing leaves.
