For the authentic flavor of Asian cuisine, the earthy essences of Dried Oyster (1/2 oz), Dried Shiitake (1/2 oz), and Dried Wood Ear (1/2 oz) Mushrooms will bring your Far East recipes to life. With their slight seafood flavor, Oyster Mushrooms have a soft, chewy texture and are suitable for soups such as chowder. Shiitakes have an intense, mildly sweet flavor which makes them ideal additions to stir-fry and rice dishes. Wood Ear Mushrooms have a chewy texture. They hold up well thinly sliced and prepared with strong flavorings such as tangy garlic or spicy ginger sauces.
