1 Seedless Lemon, juiced
¼ cup Pomegranate Arils
1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp (about 6 Passion Fruit)
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.
Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
Refrigerate when not using.
This would go great with spicy greens such as arugula.
