2 packages Melissa's Steamed Fava Beans
2 large Leeks, diced
2 Onions, sliced
2 cloves Peel Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/3 cup water, more if needed
In a large skillet, sauté the leeks, onions, and garlic in sesame oil, stirring from time to time until the onions begin to turn golden.
Add the fava beans, 1/3 cup water, sea salt and parsley. Continue cooking for 15 minutes over low to medium heat with pan covered.
Stir occasionally so the vegetables do not burn on the bottom; add more water if necessary.
Turn down the heat and simmer for an additional few minutes. Serve hot.
